Presbyterian Build 2008 Information
Schedules: The Saturday work schedule is from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you have to leave early, that’s ok. Groundbreaking will start on January 6th and will continue for twelve weeks (weather permitting). See below for specific day schedule.
Daily Activities: The building activities listed on the sign up sheets are subject to change due to weather or other factors. We will do our best to work on the activity listed for the day.
Lunch is provided at the site between 11:30 a.m. and 12:00 Noon. Remember to dress in comfortable clothes that fit the scheduled activity. Sunscreen, hats, bug spray, hand towels, and closed toe shoes or boots are ideal for the building site.
Special Consideration: Site safety includes that a limited number of volunteers are scheduled on the site for any given day. Age requirement to assist on site during building is sixteen (16) years old, or older. Young adults are required to be 18 to work on a roof or assist with heavy excavation.
